Good Grief!!! Teenage girls can be soooooooooo mean and hateful! Now I remember why growing up I always had more guy friends then girl friends. It's because girls can be the biggest backstabbers around and I never had the patience for it. Luckily I had the confidence to hang out with guys as friends. I wish my 13 year old did. Pretty horrible when you think you have the best group of friends ever and then you find out that all but 2 of them are talking all kinds of trash about you behind your back. JEEZ I wish they would go get a freakin life, preferrably on another planet!!!!!

I have a lot of guy friends too. Guys just handle things differently. You will not find them gossiping behind another dudes back. They just confront eachother and get it out in the open.

I was in an all girls school and I don't have much guy friends.. I've been in your daughter's shoes once but there were loads of people spreading all sort of lies and I was oblivious about it. I found out about one and I just shut myself out to anyone. I became an anti-social, it was hard to ignore what others say about you but once they get no reaction, they give up. Please tell your daughter I wish her luck for having those kind of friends are a big pain in the neck.
